Elysium Garden, Munnar

My stay at the resort was pleasant primarily due to its proximity to Munnar town. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a good view. However, while the service was friendly, it was sometimes a bit slow. Additionally, the breakfast selection lacked variety compared to what I expected from a resort spa.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location offers picturesque views over the valley, which I truly appreciated. However, the room I received was disappointing, lacking the expected scenic views. While the food was good and the staff was attentive, some aspects of my stay were not ideal, particularly the room quality and the inconsistent service at times.

The service from the staff was top-notch, especially Mr. Sundar, who went out of his way to make our experience enjoyable. While the rooms were clean and quite spacious, the food quality and breakfast options could definitely see some improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there are a few areas that need attention.
